Each katan comes with a narrow belt.

XS – is suitable for a 6-8

Small – is suitable for many sizes b/c of the shape. 6-8-10-12

Medium – size 12-14

large – size 14

XL  – size 14-16
some customers do size down…its so hard to say which size you will like the best.
